| Warranty 1. The purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed vet within two working day's of arrival or pick up date. 2. We must be informed at once of the examination's results by email at diamondcheroke0777@yahoo.com. The failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the warranty. 3. If the examination indicates that at the time of sale, such animal was unfit of sale due to illness, disease or congenital disorder, you may return the puppy to me for an exchange of the same value. 4. We guarantee the puppy against fatal viruses for 72 hours. These include Distemper, Parvo, and Corona. Does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough witch are common in pups that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria or stress. 5. This puppy is Guaranteed for 6 months from purchase against fatal and life altering congenital and genetic disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. 6. We must be notified of the problem with in two working day's of the licensed vet's determination and have 2 reports from 2 different vet's stating the same problem and we will provide a replacement puppy of the same value. Purchaser is responsible for the transportation cost of the replacement puppy. 7We will not be responsible for vet fees or cost. Purchaser is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the vet and understands that he or she will be responsible for all payments. 8.There is no warranty that the purchaser will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials. 9.Purchaser will keep the puppy current on all vet care including shots, de worming and heart worm prevention. 10. Ear cropping is optional and is a $150.00 fee. Buyers takes all responsibility for health resulting from cropping. Puppy must be paid in full before the ears will be cropped. |
